~ Fresh From Florida Summer Recipes
One of my very favorite parts about living in Florida has always been the enormous selection of delicious fruits and vegetables available year-round. Right now we’ve got oranges and lemon trees right in our backyard and it’s just a delight to send the kids back there to pick them for fresh homemade orange juice or lemonade. I love to recreate recipes that have that fresh, homemade taste as well, so that’s why I’m so excited to be teaming up with Fresh From Florida and Florida Department of Agriculture and show you guys the variety of seasonally grown foods that are perfect for any summertime recipe.
The Fresh From Florida website has got just about any of the recipes you may need like starters, entrees, sides, berates and even dessert! Among the selection straight from the farms are watermelon, blueberries, tomatoes, sweet corn and, one of my favorite, seafood! All are perfect for any type of summer dinner, cookout, and barbecue. With natures finest ingredients, you’re guaranteed a recipe that everyone will love. Fresh is always best, so check out some of Fresh From Florida’s delicious recipes below.
