Once the batter is smooth, stop the mixer to add another cup of sugar. Beat until smooth and then add the final cup of confectioners’ sugar.

Beat again and add vanilla extract.

Once the mixture is smooth, divide into two bowls.

Color one bowl with pink gel food coloring and the other with purple gel food coloring.

Add purple batter into the pink and fold, ensuring you don’t mix both colors. Instead, aim to blend them to create a marbled look.

Fold in ¼ cup sprinkles.

Serve in individual bowls and garnish with jelly beans and more sprinkles.
