These hard to resist Keto bacon wrapped onion rings make a delicious snack or appetizer. Easy to make and perfect to serve with your bunless burger, or even as an afternoon snack!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut the vidalia onion into thick ring slices. Use the large and thicker outer rings to create the bacon wrapped onion rings. You will need 12 rings of onion total to create six servings.
Wrap a slice of bacon around the entire outside of each onion ring.
Place the bacon wrapped onion rings onto a rack on a baking sheet, and bake them for 30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite keto-friendly sauce or dip.
