It’s a flavorful side dish that will surely become a favorite.
In a nonstick saucepan place the Brussel sprouts with 2 cups of water, cover and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, remove water, leave aside.
Slice Brussels sprouts in half.
In a medium bowl add Brussel sprouts, followed by the avocado oil, parmesan cheese, crushed almonds, everything seasoning, and salt.
With a wooden spoon or your clean hands, stir all the ingredients well to make sure the Brussel sprouts are fully covered with the rest of the ingredients.
Transfer the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer, and cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden for both sides.
Serve hot.
*If you don’t have an air fryer you can still make this in the oven. Place brussel sprouts on baking sheet and bake until golden at 375F. **You may have to stir them a few times while baking.
*Everything but the bagel has salt already, keep that in mind before adding more salt.
