Instant Pot Low Carb Pork Tenderloin

This Instant pot low carb pork loin recipe is easy to make and perfect for those following a low carb diet. Use for meal planning, toss in salads or serve with cauliflower mashed potatoes! This recipe is perfect if you’re on the Keto diet and it’s gluten free!

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds  pork tenderloin
  • 2 tsp dehydrated garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper,
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Pat dry your pork tenderloin and season with dehydrated garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

  2. Place oil in the Instant Pot and set to saute.

  3. Add the pork tenderloin when the oil is hot and brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes each before flipping.

  4. Once the pork tenderloin is browned all over, turn off the saute mode and add 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar.

  5. Secure the lid and cook on meat setting for 30 minutes.

  6. Natural release.
