Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 2/3 half & half cream
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 1/3 cup cooked bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    In bowl add crushed pork rinds.

  2. Fry bacon until crisp and transfer to a paper toweled plate. **reserve 2-3 tbsp of bacon grease.

  3. Chop bacon into small pieces.

  4. Add bacon into the bowl along with pork rinds and stir. Set aside.

  5. Next, add green beans to a pot of boiling salted water. Cook for about 5-8 minutes.

  6. Drain and pat dry.

  7. Add bacon grease to a pan and cook mushrooms and onions until brown.

  8. In the same pot add in cream cheese, half and half and almond milk.

  9. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for about 5-8 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

  10. Now add greens beans into the sauce mixture.

  11. Stir and add to a large pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes.

  12. Sprinkle with bacon and pork grinds and bake until edges are golden brown and bubbling!
