Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 7 tbsp grass-fed butter
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. Grease pan with 1 tbsp of butter (I used this one).

  3. Melt 6 tbsp of butter.

  4. In a bowl add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and 5 egg yolks.

  5. Pour melted butter into bowl and mix.

  6. Combine egg whites from all 6 eggs and cream of tartar.

  7. Beat egg whites on high for 1-2minutes.

  8. Add egg whites to almond flour mixture and beat until combine
