Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup  Swerve Granular 
  • 1/2 cup melted butter 
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup  almond flour 
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder 
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Half cup walnuts chopped 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except walnuts and mix until well combined.

  3. Fold in walnuts. 

  4. Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray and fill each one with about ¾ batter. It will not rise very much. 

  5. Cook for about 8-12 minutes. Make sure they don’t burn. 

  6. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
