Easy Keto Grilled Cheese

This is the best keto grilled cheese! It uses 2-minute keto bread and tastes like a classic sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 slice cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray a square or rectangular microwave-safe dish with oil or butter.

  2. Add all of the ingredients except the cheese to a medium-sized bowl and mix together. Pour the batter in the square dish.

  3. Microwave the batter for 2 minutes.

  4. Use this bread for the girlled cheese.

To make the grilled cheese: 

  • Butter each slice of bread.  Using a skillet over medium heat, add one bread slice, butter side down on the skillet adding sliced cheese to middle and topping with the remaining bread slice butter side up.
  • Toast over medium heat until cheese has melted, flipping your sandwich halfway through. Toast for about 3 minutes or until bread is golden and cheese is melted. 
  • Enjoy!
