This eggnog keto french toast is really easy to make when you use my 90-second bread recipe.
Make 2 servings of 90-second keto bread (link in notes).
In a bowl, whisk together the eggnog, brown sugar alternative cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and egg.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and cook in a skillet until brown on both sides.
Top with a powdered sugar substitute, butter and/or sugar-free syrup.
