These keto loaded oven roasted radishes are the perfect side dish for a family meal. They are a healthy potato replacement.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large bowl, toss the radishes with oil and salt & pepper. Pour on a baking sheet.
Cook the radishes for 30 minutes. Toss halfway through the cooking time.
Remove from the oven and top with cheese, bacon, and jalapenos.
Return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Top with green onions and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
