Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Chicken shredded
  • 1 Jalapeno seeded and diced finely
  • 3 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Make 8 even circles with the shredded cheese on a large parchment-lined baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are browned.

  4. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  5. Place a row of the filling down the center of each cooked cheese circle and gently fold the cheese up around it. Let the rollups sit to harden and then serve.
