Ingredients

Egg Salad

  • 7 Eggs Hard boiled and chopped
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 4 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated for garnish

Keto Caesar Dressing

  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 5 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Anchovy Paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic

Instructions

  1. To create the dressing, whisk together all the ingredients until creamy. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce and hard boiled eggs.

  3. Toss with desired amount of the homemade dressing (I used about ¾ cup).

  4. Garnish with crumbled bacon, parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper.

  5. Enjoy!
