This keto strawberry chocolate cheesecake bark is a healthy way to enjoy cheesecake and a low-carb alternative to ice cream.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl with a hand mixer, mix the soft cream cheese and then add the confectionary sugar.
Mix in the yogurt and vanilla and mix for 1 -2 minutes. It will be slightly fluffy.
Place your bark mixture in a pan. You can make it whatever shape you want. Since I used a smaller sheet pan, I just filled the bottom.
Using your melted chocolate. Make dollops on the yogurt and then with a toothpick or knife, swirl it into the bark.
Sprinkle with strawberries and walnuts.
Freeze for 3+ hours to set.
Cut and serve immediately.
