Ingredients

  • 12 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Bacon browned and crumbled
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well blended.

  3. To the baking dish, add the bacon and top with cheese.

  4. Pour the eggs over the top of the mixture.

  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the center is set and the cheese is melted and golden on the edges.
