This is one of the easiest ways to make asparagus! This low carb cheesy asparagus recipe uses garlic, parmesan and mozzarella.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Place asparagus on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
Top with minced garlic. Cook for approximately 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with cheese. Return to the oven and cook for another 1-2 minutes (or until the cheese has melted).
Remove from the oven and garnish with crumbled bacon.
