Mix together all of the ingredients for the steaks in a mixing bowl, with the exception of the olive oil. Form into four evenly sized patties.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Place the patties in the heated skillet and cook evenly on both sides until cooked through. Set aside and keep warm.
Remove the excess fat from the skillet, and add the butter.
Place the mushrooms in the skillet and saute until tender.
Stir in the garlic, worcestershire sauce and cajun seasoning, sauteing another 30 seconds.
Whisk in the heavy whipping cream and beef broth. Cook until the gravy has thickened.
Return the salisbury steaks to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce and serve.
