Ingredients

  • 8 Dill Pickle Spears
  • 10 Bacon Slices
  • 1 tbsp BBQ Dry Rub
  • 1/4 cup Keto-Friendly BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the pickle spears using a paper towel.

  2. Depending on how large the pickle spears are, wrap 1-2 slices of bacon around each spear. Then, insert a toothpick to hold the end in place.

  3. Sprinkle a small amount of bbq dry rub on each of the wrapped pickles.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. (I used a wire rack, over a baking sheet).

  5. Spread bbq sauce on each of the pickles, return to the oven for another 10-12 minutes.

  6. Remove and let cool.

  7. ENJOY!
