Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Boneless Pork Loin cut into strips
  • 2/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Natural Low-Carb Peanut Butter
  • 4 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cup Red Cooking Wine
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder
  • 3 tsp Garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients except the pork into a bowl and whisk to combine well.

  2. Add the mixture to a resealable food storage bag.

  3. Put the pork into the bag with the marinade, and shake to combine.

  4. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  6. Place a baking rack over a large baking sheet.

  7. Remove the pork from the bag, but reserve the excess marinade.

  8. Layer the pork on the baking rack.

  9. Bake for 40 minutes, basting with the marinade 2-3 times throughout.

  10. Place the pork under the broiler on high for the last 2-3 minutes of cook time.

  11. Brush the pork in the juices at the bottom of the baking sheet if desired before serving.
