Make a fun cream cheese appetizer that looks like a pumpkin! A pumpkin cheese ball is perfect for Halloween and Thanksgiving.
In a bowl, beat together all of the ingredients except for the Jalapeno pepper stems until smooth.
Wet your hands slightly and form the mixture into 12 evenly sized cheeseballs.
Place the cheese balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Top each cheeseball with the stem from a jalapeno pepper, and use a butter knife to draw some lines down the side of the cheeseballs to more clearly define their pumpkin shape if desired.
Chill the cheeseballs for several hours before serving.
