Indulge in this creamy and zesty tomato soup. It will warm you up from the inside out. The bacon toppings are optional, but the best part!
Pour the marinara sauce into a pot over medium heat on the stove.
Add in the tomato paste, beef broth, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a low boil.
Mix in the bacon, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a food processor or blender and pulse until pureed and smooth.
Place the soup mixture back into the pot and stir in the heavy whipping cream.
Simmer for another 5-10 minutes before serving.
