Keto Skillet Garlic Butter Rosemary Rolls

There is nothing quite like these buttery rosemary rolls. They are fantastically low in carbs too - each roll only has 4g net carbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 4 tbsp Butter divided
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place the cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese in a bowl that is microwave-safe. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.

  3. Put the cheese into a mixing bowl, and add the egg, almond flour, baking soda, xanthan gum, rosemary and salt. Blend until a dough has formed.

  4. Heat 2 Tbsp of butter in an ovenproof skillet over medium high heat.

  5. Form the dough into 8 evenly sized rolls, and place into the heated skillet.

  6. Immediately place into the oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  7. Melt the remaining butter, and mix with the minced garlic.

  8. Brush the butter garlic mixture on the warm rolls before serving.
