Savor the irresistible umami flavors of keto Asian green beans and chicken. This one-pan meal is ready in 30 minutes!
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste, and saute until browned and cooked through. Remove, and set aside.
Place the remaining 2 tbsp oil into the skillet, and saute the green beans until seared and tender.
In a bowl, mix together the broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar substitute and chili garlic paste.
Add the chicken back to the skillet along with the garlic. Saute together for 30 seconds.
Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet, and toss to coat the ingredients well.
Simmer until most of the sauce is absorbed.
Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
