Heat the oven to 275 degrees.
Place the ham flat side down in a baking dish.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake for 40 minutes.
In a bowl, stir together the dijon, sugar free honey, brown sugar substitute, thyme, garlic and salt to taste.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients from the bowl, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the ham from the oven and remove the aluminum foil.
Raise the temperature to 375 degrees.
Brush half of the glaze over the ham and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove, and brush with the other half of the glaze.
Bake for a final 5-10 minutes before serving.
