Ingredients

  • 6 pound Spiral Sliced Ham fully-cooked
  • 4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Fresh Chopped Thyme
  • 3 tsp Garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 275 degrees.

  2. Place the ham flat side down in a baking dish.

  3. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake for 40 minutes.

  4. In a bowl, stir together the dijon, sugar free honey, brown sugar substitute, thyme, garlic and salt to taste.

  5. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

  6. Stir in the rest of the ingredients from the bowl, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

  7. Remove the ham from the oven and remove the aluminum foil.

  8. Raise the temperature to 375 degrees.

  9. Brush half of the glaze over the ham and bake for 5 minutes.

  10. Remove, and brush with the other half of the glaze.

  11. Bake for a final 5-10 minutes before serving.
