Ingredients

  • 1 container Lettuce Mix 10 ounces
  • 2 cups Chicken Breast sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Blackberries
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Bacon
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 4 Hard-boiled Eggs
  • 1/2 Cucumber sliced
  • 1/3 cup Crumbled Goat Cheese

Vinaigrette

  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Keto-Friendly Sweetener optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients for the vinaigrette together, and whisk to combine well. Chill if desired while you assemble the salad.

  2. Add the lettuce mix to a large serving boil.

  3. Arrange the toppings on top of the lettuce.

  4. Serve in individual bowls and top with the vinaigrette.
