Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 5 ounces Mini Pepperoni
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the marinara and Italian seasoning. To this mixture, add the pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.

  3. Stir to evenly distribute the ingredients.

  4. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs until well blended. Beat in salt and pepper.

  5. Stir the eggs into the pepperoni mixture until evenly blended.

  6. Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish and spread in an even layer.

  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set.
