Keto Churro Chips and Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

Keto Churro Chips

  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 ounes Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sweetener divided
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Cheesecake Dip

  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Add the mozzarella cheese and 2 oz. of cream cheese to a bowl that is microwave safe. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.

  3. Place the cheese mixture in a mixing bowl, and add the almond flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, 2 Tbsp of the Swerve sweetener, ½ tsp Vanilla extract and large egg. Blend until well combined

  4. Roll the dough out thinly between two pieces of parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Cut the dough into triangle tortilla chip shapes, and bake another 5-10 minutes until browned.

  7. Add the chips to a bowl, and pour the butter over them.

  8. In a bowl, mix together 2 Tbsp of sweetener and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the chips.

  9. In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the dip, and blend until smooth.

  10. Serve immediately.
