Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Brewed Strong Coffee
  • 8 ounces Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Butter softened
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1 scoop Collagen

Instructions

  1. Place freshly brewed coffee, and all other ingredients in a blender and blend.

  2. Chill in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight.

  3. Serve over ice.

Recipe Notes

Coffee needs to be hot in order to melt the butter.

MCT oil, coconut oil, or ghee can be substituted for the butter.
