Keto Butter Fried Cabbage With Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Sausage
  • 4 cups Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp Butter unsalted
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Chopped Green Onions garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium high heat until cooked completely through. Remove the sausage and set aside. Drain the grease from the skillet.

  2. Place the skillet back on the stove over medium heat, and add the oil and butter.

  3. Stir in the minced garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.

  4. Add in the cabbage, and stir to combine.

  5. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Cover, and saute until the cabbage is done to your liking.

  7. Stir the sausage back in, and saute another minute or two before serving.

  8. Garnish with chopped green onions.
