Ingredients

Keto Pancake Mix

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute

Keto Cinnamon Topping

  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together all of the ingredients for the donuts.

  3. Add the batter to the sections of a well greased donut pan, filling each section almost to the top.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes.

  5. In a bowl, combine the granulated sugar substitute and 1 tsp of cinnamon.

  6. Allow the donuts to cool, and then remove them from the pan.

  7. Brush the donuts with the melted butter, and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture before serving.
