Keto Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 8 ounces Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 4 tbsp Butter unsalted
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 5 ounces Cream Cheese softened and cut into pieces
  • 2/3 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Palmini Linguini Noodles drained and rinsed well

Instructions

  1. Place the ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove. Saute until the meat is browned almost all of the way, and the mushrooms are beginning to soften.

  2. Add in the mushrooms, and saute until they are tender and the meat is completely browned.

  3. Drain any excess grease.

  4. Stir the butter and garlic into the skillet, and saute until the butter has melted.

  5. Mix in the sour cream and cream cheese, and stir until the cheese is melted completely and combined well.

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Pour in the broth, and simmer until the sauce has thickened.

  8. Serve over palmini noodles.
