Keto Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

This keto Philly cheesesteak casserole is easier than ever because it's made with ground beef - but still has the same iconic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms slicd
  • 1/3 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 6 slices Provolone Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 9x9 baking dish well.

  2. Add the ground beef, onions and peppers to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the meat is nearly browned and the vegetables have softened.

  3. Stir in the garlic and mushrooms, and saute another few minutes until the mushrooms have softened. Drain the excess grease.

  4. Mix in the worcestershire sauce, beef broth and salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

  6. Top with the provolone slices, and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
