Ingredients

Zucchini Apple Dip

  • 1 large Zucchini peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Cinnamon Pork Rinds

  • 3 cups Pork Rinds
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add the butter to a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Stir in the zucchini, brown sugar, lemon juice, apple pie spice, nutmeg and vanilla. Saute until the zucchini has softened to your liking.

  3. Place the pork rinds into a bowl and drizzle with the melted butter.

  4. Sprinkle the pork rinds with the granulated sweetener and the cinnamon, and toss to combine well.

  5. Add the salsa to a bowl or dish and serve with the pork rinds for dipping.
