Ingredients

Salad

  • 8 cups Lettuce chopped
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes diced
  • 1/3 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Dill Pickles
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Big Mac Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. Place the meat in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove, and saute until browned. Drain the excess grease.

  2. Stir in the garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Set the meat aside to cool a bit.

  3. Add the lettuce to a large serving bowl.

  4. Top with the tomato, pickle, red onion, cheddar cheese and meat.

  5. In a bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar free ketchup, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika until well combined.

  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
