Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Crab Meat cut into pieces
  • 1 can Palmini Lasagna Noodles drained, rinsed, cut into thrids
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions plus additional for garnish
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Pork Rinds crushed into crumbs

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a small casserole dish well.

  2. Add the butter to a saucepan over medium heat.

  3. Stir in the garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.

  4. Mix in the cream cheese, and begin to melt, breaking it into pieces.

  5. Pour in the broth and heavy whipping cream.

  6. Heat the mixture to a low boil, whisking to remove any lumps until the cream cheese has melted.

  7. Add salt and pepper to taste, and simmer until the sauce has thickened.

  8. Stir in the crab meat, palmini noodles and green onions.

  9. Spread the mixture into the casserole dish.

  10. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese and pork rinds.

  11. Sprinkle the topping over the casserole.

  12. Bake for 25 minutes.

  13. Let rest for 10 minutes, and garnish with more chopped green onions before serving.
