Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Shredded Chicken
  • 1/3 cup Pesto Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • Fresh Basil for garnish
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Mix together the chicken, photo, mayonnaise, yogurt, ½ of the parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Spread the mixture into a casserole dish.

  4. Top with the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.

  5. Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes.

  7. Garnish with fresh chopped basil before serving.
