Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked Corned Beef cut into pieces
  • 3 cups Chopped Cabbage
  • 1/3 cup Matchstick Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 oucnes Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Horseradish Sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the cabbage and chicken broth into a large skillet over medium heat on the stove.

  2. Cover, and simmer until the cabbage is a crisp tender.

  3. Mix in the matchstick carrots and garlic, and saute until the carrots begin to soften.

  4. Add the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream and horseradish sauce to a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.

  5. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet, and stir to combine.

  6. Mix in the meat, and stir to combine well. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and saute until heated through.
