Low-Carb Pizza Pepper Poppers

Ingredients

  • 12 Mini Bell Peppers cut in half lengthwise, with seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 package Mini Pepperoni Slices
  • 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Spread a small amount of pizza sauce along the bottom of each mini peppers.

  3. Top the peppers with shredded cheese and mini pepperoni.

  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder over the top of all the peppers.

  5. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the peppers are softened.
