A keto meatza is a pizza with a crust made out of your favorite type of ground meat - and this one is filled with incredible toppings!
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, eggs, onion and salt and pepper to taste. Knead until well combined.
Press the meat mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. You can form it into either a circle or a rectangular shaped crust.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through. You can pour off any excess grease at this point.
Turn the oven to broil.
Top the meat crust with the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and ricotta.
Add the mushrooms, pepperoni and spinach to the pizza.
Broil until the cheese has melted.
