Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil divided
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1 tsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • White Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together 1 Tbsp of the olive oil, the soy sauce, sugar free honey, rice vinegar, garlic and white pepper to taste.

  2. Reserve ⅓ of the marinade, and marinate the salmon in the remaining marinade for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Add the olive oil into an oven-proof skillet over medium high heat.

  4. Place the salmon in the hot skillet flesh side down, and sear for 4 minutes.

  5. Flip the salmon, and sear for 3 minutes on the other side.

  6. Baste with the remaining marinade, and place into the oven with a preheated broiler on high for 1-2 minutes to glaze.
