  • 1 3/4 cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 4 cups Chicken or Vegetable broth 
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp cumin or chili for a spicy kick

Optional Toppings

  • Bacon
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Sour Cream


  1. Stir together all the ingredients minus the heavy cream.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Simmer on medium or low heat for 10 minutes.

  4. Remove soup from heat and add cream.
