Add shrimp and soy sauce to a bowl and marinate while making your sauce.
In a bowl add all the ingredients for the sauce and stir. Set aside.
Heat oil in pan and cook shrimp. Remove shrimp from heat and set aside.
In the same pan cook mushroom until brown or soft.
Remove mushrooms and add garlic, scallions, and cabbage. Cook until wilted and remove from heat.
