  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream 
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Taco seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Chili powder 
  • 1 tbsp Paprika 
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground oregano leaves
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes


  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper


  • green onions
  • sour cream


  1. Combine all taco seasoning in a bowl and stir.

  2. Preheat oven to 350.

  3. Brown ground beef until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning to beef and stir until combined.

  4. Spread ground beef mixture into a skillet.

  5. Combine eggs, cream, and garlic into a large bowl and whisk together. 

  6. Pour egg mixture over ground beef and sprinkle with cheese.

  7. Bake for 35 minutes. Pie is done when the center is set and cheese is starting to brown around the edges.

  8. Remove from oven, allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.
