Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 6 strips bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp erythritol (low carb sweetener) adjust with more or less to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli and bacon.

  2. Add broccoli, bacon, sesame seeds, and shredded cheese into a large bowl.

  3. Top with mayonnaise, erythritol, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  4. Stir to combine.

  5. Refrigerate salad at least one hour before serving.
