KETO BEEF AND BROCCOLI

Ingredients

  • flank steak
  • tsp salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • cups broccoli
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Xanthan gum

Sauce

  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1-2 tsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl add all the ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.Microwave broccoli with 1/4 cup of water for 3 minutes. Set aside

  2. Season beef with salt and pepper and 1/2 of sesame oil.In a large skillet on high heat, add 1 tbsp of avocado oil. Add steak and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add broccoli back to the pan.

  4. Pour sauce and xanthan gum over beef and broccoli. Stir to combine beef and broccoli with sauce and simmer until it thickens.
