These crispy Easy Keto Chicken Tenders are perfect for lunch and dinner! Serve with your favorite veggies or some Keto Cole Slaw!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl beat the egg.
Grab ziploc bag and add almond flour, cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
Pour flour mixture in a bowl.
Dip each chicken tenderloin in the egg and then flour mixture to coat.
Place each covered tenderloin on a wire rack placed on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Allow the tenders to rest for 5 minutes.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
