EASY KETO CHICKEN TENDERS

These crispy Easy Keto Chicken Tenders are perfect for lunch and dinner! Serve with your favorite veggies or some Keto Cole Slaw!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken tenderloins
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powde
  • ¼ tsp Onion powde
  • ¼ tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a bowl beat the egg.

  3. Grab ziploc bag and add almond flour, cheese,  salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.

  4. Pour flour mixture in a bowl.

  5. Dip each chicken tenderloin in the egg and then flour mixture to coat.

  6. Place each covered tenderloin on a wire rack placed on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Allow the tenders to rest for 5 minutes.

  7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

  8. My kids love when I serve them with this two-ingredient dip, my Copycat Chick-Fil-A Sauce or even aioli!
