Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 1/2 granulated sweetner
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (can also use almond milk, or soy milk)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together instant coffee, sweetener of choice, and hot water until peaks are formed. (You can use a hand whisk, a hand mixer or a stand mixer. Your choice)

  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes and with your choice of unsweetened milk.

  3. Put one to three spoonfuls of the whipped coffee mixture on top.
