Ingredients

  • 1.75 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all the spices together in a small prep bowl.

  2. Rub the spices on both sides of each chicken breast.

  3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. When it’s good and hot, add the chicken. Cook about 3 minutes per side.

  4. Serve on low carb tortillas or even lettuce wraps with your favorite taco sides, such as avocado/guacamole, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, cilantro, etc.
