  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ¬†cinnamon


  1. Place first four ingredients into a microwave safe mug.

  2. Microwave for 90 seconds, remove bread from mug and slice into rounds.

  3. In a medium bowl whisk together cream, egg, cinnamon and vanilla.

  4. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and cook in a frying pan on medium until browned on both sides.

  5. Top with butter and sugar-free syrup.
