These Keto Buffalo Chicken Jalapeno Poppers are perfect for snacking and entertaining!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside.
In a bowl add cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce and salt and pepper.
Drain canned chicken and add to bowl.
Stir in chicken.
In a separate bowl mix pork rinds and bacon.
Fill each jalapeño with mixture and then top jalapeno with a spoonful of pork rinds and bacon mixture.
Place jalapeños on baking sheet.
Bake until filling is melted and top is golden, about 15 - 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and and sprinkle with extra bacon, blue cheese, green onions
